Your behavior, even the small things that you hope no one
will notice, will often be noticed. And when these behaviors are noticed, they
are noticed by the ones you feel matter. Respect; it’s a word I don’t take
lightly. Respect is a feeling of deep admiration for someone or something
elicited by their abilities, qualities, or achievements.
It all starts with habits. My habits, whether good or bad,
are noticed. Maybe that is where respect is earned, not by their abilities,
qualities, or achievements; it all starts with habits.Bethany Davidson

You're not perfect, and that's a good thing
Sometimes we start to doubt ourselves and our ability to succeed. We start to think about ways we could fail, things we may screw up and how our ideas just may not make the cut. What if we are right? What if we were not far off in our thinking? What if we do fail and our ideas are not good enough?
The truth is, we will fail! We will never get it right 100% of the time. Learning to accept the truth about ourselves is how we begin to grow, refine our ideas and move closer to perfection. If we are perfect, we will never ask for help. If we think our ideas are brilliant, we will never ask for another opinion. The wise ones will always ask more question. They are more inclined to consult the opinion of their team.
The day we start to believe we are perfect, is the day we move closer to failure and farther from perfection.
